1. Payment: Upon registration, all invoiced amounts, including administration fees and applicable taxes, must be paid in full by the delegate to Terrapinn.

2. Substitution Policy: If a delegate is unable to attend the event, a substitute delegate may attend at no additional charge. Please contact the relevant Terrapinn office for instructions on how to arrange this.

3. Cancellation by Terrapinn: If Terrapinn cancels the event (except under circumstances described in clause 6), the registration fee will be refunded upon the delegate's request. This clause does not apply if the event is postponed to a later date.

4. Program Changes: Terrapinn will make every effort to run the event as per the published program at the time of registration. However, Terrapinn reserves the right to make changes to the program without notice, including the substitution, alteration, or cancellation of speakers, topics, or event dates and times. Additionally, Terrapinn may change the event venue or the technology platform used to host the event.

5. Liability: Terrapinn is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from any substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of the event.

6. Force Majeure: If Terrapinn is prevented or delayed from performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), it shall not be liable for the performance of such obligations. Terrapinn may, but is not obligated to, offer to run the event in a different format or on different dates, or provide alternative services to the delegate. No refunds will be made if the event is cancelled or postponed under this clause.

7. Good Conduct: Attendance at the event by the delegate is subject to Terrapinn’s Good Conduct Policy.

8. Data Management: Terrapinn will manage the delegate's data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

9. Sanctions Compliance: Terrapinn will not accept any registrations from delegates or their employers located in regions prohibited by Terrapinn's Sanctions Policy, or where such registration does not comply with Terrapinn's Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Financial Crime Policy.
